Swati Bhaskar is the Managing Partner of Asentech LLC, a marketing strategy and technology company. In her current role, she guides company strategy, nurtures accounts and new business development efforts, and oversees company operations. Her workshop will discuss implicit gender biases in the business field. Strategies on how to overcome such stereotypes and how to secure internships will be provided in her lesson.

Marisa Narula is a Montgomery resident and local business owner of Code Ninjas Hillsborough & Bridgewater. She has a career spanning 20 years of staffing, recruiting, social media management, and account management. Her workshop will entail a lesson on presentation and business etiquette. Here students will learn how to properly “market” themselves in the business world. Everything from pitching a start-up company to job interviews.

Cecilia Jackson is the Founder of the Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP). Nathalie Yachouh is currently the Private Events Director and Suzaane L. Ward works as the Member Relations Director at the Cherry Valley Country Club. They will be leading a workshop on management and hospitality. Here students will learn how to work their way to the “top” of a company. Furthermore, the two workshop leaders will discuss opportunities in the management and hospitality industry available to high school students.
